Sanitation and safety are always concerns in any municipal, business or retail space. But, today, the pandemic is causing people to learn more than about the importance of disinfecting any indoor area occupied by groups of people.

An EPA study shows that “compared to traditional sprayer systems, an electrostatic spray technology is more efficient, reduces waste, and delivers a more uniform distribution of liquids over uneven surfaces (USEPA 2015b).”

There are a number of reasons for the superior performance of an Electrostatic Sprayer.

LIQUID ADHESION & COVERAGE

Using the electrostatic sprayers enable a quick and effective chemical application. As fully charged droplets hit the surface, they create an even spread. Particles hold their cationic charge for approx. 2-3 seconds – preventing drips. This allows the solution to cover hidden and shadowed areas, and also enables the sprayer to cover a large area in a small amount of time.

ELECTROSTATIC WRAPPING

When spraying a solution charged with electrostatics, the solution wraps conductive surfaces.

TOUCHLESS APPLICATION

There is no need to touch or wipe the surfaces (dependent on solution spraying). This provides a fast and effective application method, while using less solution.
